Reldan Nadler, PsyD MCC
Dr. Nadler is the founder of True North Leadership, Inc. an Executive and Organizational development firm. He was educated as a clinical psychologist, has become a world-class executive coach, leadership and corporate trainer and is certified by MHS to administer, interpret and certify other trainers in the pretigious EQi 2.0. He has designed and delivered many multiple day Leadership Bootcamps for high achievers.
A licensed psychologist and Master Executive Coach, Dr. Nadler has been working for more than 30 years with top executives and their teams to become “star performers.” He is the author of five best-selling leadership and team performance books, and is a sought-after speaker and consultant on leadership, team-building, executive coaching, emotional intelligence and experiential learning.
Dr. Nadler has coached CEOs, presidents and their staffs, and has developed and delivered innovative leadership programs for such organizations as Anheuser-Busch, Baxter Healthcare, BMW, EDS, MCI, Shield Healthcare and Vanguard Health. Dr. Nadler received his B.A. from the University of Hartford and his M.A. in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Nadler is on the faculty of The College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate institute, that trains professionals in personal and executive coaching, and is certified in the use of Daniel Goleman’s and the Hay Group’s Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
Currently, Dr. Nadler’s work involves identifying applications for how teams and individuals can decrease stress and burnout while increasing emotional intelligence and wellness to become “star performers.” His work has been featured in the Harvard Management Update, and he writes a regular blog on emotional intelligence for Psychology Today.

Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad, PhD, CPEC, MCC, CWC
Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad, PhD in behavior and counseling, is a wellness and leadership coach and the president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chartered Chapter Lebanon. She is also a clinical dietitian and the founder and CEO of VieSaine, a wellness, leadership and coaching center in Beirut, Lebanon. Zeina also practices Life, Wellness and Leadership coaching in the U.S.A where she is a Partner and Chief Wellness Officer of her Coaching and Consulting company, Vital Signs Vital Skills (VSVS). As a professional certified coach, she has been coaching for over 16 years.
Zeina has created a unique concept in wellness and health that targets individuals, families, corporations, and businesses on a personal and professional level. She is the co-author of multiple best-selling books; she has lectured about coaching and wellness and dietetics throughout the Middle East and the continental USA. Zeina has been and continues to be a pioneer in her respective fields developing research and applying up to date protocols and approaches in her respective fields.
Zeina is well into academics. She has been teaching students in universities (American University of Beirut (AUB), Drexel University, Notre Dame University Lebanon (NDU), American University of Lebanon (AUL), Lebanese American University (LAU) and the College of Executive Coaching since 1995 as a graduate student herself, and then as an instructor and now as a professor. She is currently the discipline coordinator and lecturer of the Behavioral Sciences at the medical school of the Lebanese American University.
Zeina is also passionate about helping others. She is the founder and creator of a Non-Profit Organization (Ghalletna) that has helped, for over ten years, and continues to help feed and clothes families and individuals on a yearly basis.
Dr. Ghossoub El-Aswad has an extensive media outreach. She has weekly local and international television shows and radio shows. She is an editor and contributor to several local and international magazines. She is well published, and her work has seen her be recognized by prestigious establishments such as the American Medical Association, the Harvard Institute of Coaching, Mayo Clinic, McGill University, Stanford, AUB and others.
Naim El-Aswad, MD
Dr. Naim El-Aswad is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine specializing in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine for over 15 years. He practices both disciplines in Houston Texas. In addition to patient care, Dr. El-Aswad has been been very active in teaching and training other healthcare workers including physicians, paramedical personnel and nurses.
Dr. El-Aswad earned his medical degree at the American University of Beirut and specialized in internal medicine at Graduate Hospital/Drexel University Program Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2010 he helped create and became the Chief Medical Officer of two Houston based entities: BioEthical Anatomics (BEA) and Advanced Centers for Surgical Education (ACSE). He oversaw and was the clinical director for BEA which is a human tissue bank that accepted human donations for scientific research and education. He developed programs as well as enhanced and improved the process of tissue donation.
As the CMO of ACSE, Dr. El-Aswad was responsible for creating and advancing the approaches to educating medical and paramedical professionals using human tissue. He helped train and develop programs for all medical specialties and has written a grant for advanced trauma training. He has pioneered advances in surgical and procedural education. He has also been involved in research on human tissue at the molecular and pharmaceutical level. He has helped develop and write the standards for surgical education centers for the American Association of Tissue Banking.
Dr. El-Aswad is currently developing a program that targets physician wellbeing. He has focused much of his experience in the medical field on the science of medicine, but perhaps more importantly the art of medicine. He has lectured throughout the United States to students, residents and attendings. His passion and his mission is to help develop the best possible physician patient relationship which he believes is still and will always be the basis, the nature and the driving force of the medical field.
