It is ironic that we seek change and yet are afraid of it. Perhaps we believe that in order for change to happen, a huge effort has to be placed, we have to wait a long time, and the process is tiresome, tedious and risks losing what we already have. Most of us also feel that for true change to happen, we have to look somewhere else, be someone else, and of course do something else. Further, most of us live frustrated because we do not believe we are able to change ourselves and our outcomes. This could not be farther from the truth. There is no magic pill. There is no magic lamp to rub. You can achieve what you want to achieve. You already have what it takes. Unless, of course, you KNOW you are performing at your maximum abilities. However, most of us have so much untapped energy and knowledge and expertise and strengths that all we have to do is unlock them. This is what we are all about.
