Josh Billings One of our greatest blessings is our health. It is what we pray for our kids and what we wish for ourselves. One of our greatest misconceptions is that living healthy is demanding, and that wellness is hard to achieve. Most people believe that they need support, special meals and foods, gyms and fitness equipment and demanding time to stay healthy. One of our greatest hidden treasures is ourselves. As a wellness coach, it is my privilege and profession to help people live out a healthy life and enjoy, enjoy and enjoy their wellness relying on themselves, making use of any time they have and finding the help and support they need within their living circle. Health and wellness, for most of us, are blessings we are born with and slowly start to lose as we grow older. We wake up one day and wonder “how we got here when we used to be athletic or healthy”. Some get depressed, some panic, some get frustrated, and some are lost. And that is where the beauty of wellness coaching shines the most. Wellness coaching can guide you through your fears, help you set achievable goals, help you map the way to those goals and coach you into realizing them and living well.
