Today, I had the honor to listen to him talk to us about caring for ourselves, about the impact of sleep and sleep deprivation, and about dealing with communication through our masks. He shares a tremendous wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion and salutes all of us in the healthcare field. We are very grateful and honored for his gracious and invaluable appearance on our website. He finishes his conversation by giving us solid and easy to follow stops in taking care of ourselves and preparing ourselves to meet the challenges of our current reality.
